2025 Port Moody Car-Free Day Vendor Application Form

Port Moody’s Car-Free Day happens from 12-5pm on Sunday, August 17, 2025. We are excited to help you showcase your business to thousands of Car-Free Day attendees. Please note, spaces are open to all businesses located in Port Moody, including St. Johns Street, and must be booked by June 26, 2025. Step 2: What will you do at Car-Free Day?

10’ x 10’ booth spaces will be located based on activity and space. The City will strategically locate vendors to optimize space along the site.

Event Items

Each vendor receives a 10’x10’ space that comes supplied with one 8’ table and two chairs for $55 + tax. Tablecloths are not provided.

Additional items are provided at a cost. Please select what items you need:

One 10'x10' Tent (white) - $110 + tax

One extra 8' table - $12 + tax

Once an application is approved, vendors will receive payment instructions and the Terms of Agreement. Set-up and clean-up instructions will be provided in a vendor package closer to the event date.
