Waste Collection for Businesses Application Form

Thank you for choosing the City of Port Moody to provide garbage, recycling, and green waste collection services for your business!

If you are not the owner of the property, make sure that the property owner has filled out the Owner/Landlord Authorization form so you can upload it in the space provided below.
Once this form is complete, our Solid Waste and Recycling Coordinator will contact you about setting up service and arranging cart delivery.
The utility bill for this property is adjusted depending on when your service starts.
Please note: per the Solid Waste Bylaw, businesses that make use of the City’s garbage collection services must use our recycling collection services as well.

Collection of information
Personal information is collected by the City of Port Moody pursuant to Section 26 of the British Columbia Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 165 and will be used solely for the purpose of administering and enforcing the City of Port Moody Street, Traffic and Public Places Bylaw, 2018, in relation to the issuance of a valid parking pass for Freedom of the City award recipients.
